MaximMart Return Policy
Our Return Policy:
Here at MaximMart Textile Products our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your order. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order you may return the products to us within 30 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
If your item arrives damaged from transit or is lost, all claims must be reported to MaximMart within three business days of delivery. This leaves us enough time to contact the appropriate courier. If a claim is not reported within this time frame the customer must contact the courier directly to process his/her claim. We will be in contact through every step of a reported claim and send replacement merchandise once it is approved.
We do not accept returns on clearance items.
Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) will be exchanged, credited to your MaximMart Account, refunded via check, or refunded to the original form of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) within three business days of the return being received and inspected.
Steps to a return:
- Call or email our customer service teams to ensure you are eligible for a return, and to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Phone number and email are below in step four.
- Prepare your package for shipment. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, assuming no defect.
- Please note, we will only credit back unused packages if your return is not due to defect. Please disclose all issues in your RMA consultation.
- Once you receive your RMA, please send your package back with a copy of your invoice inside. To the address below:

- All packages will be inspected upon arrival to MaximMart.
- We will populate the products received and credit due back to the customer.Once this is complete we will email a report stating the contents. Shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. We also reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs if the return is not due to our error or defect, even if the customer qualified for free shipping.
- We will credit your credit card, debit card, PayPal, MaximMart Account, or send a check for refund. Credits will be applied to your card/account between 24-72 business hours. If receiving a check refund, it may take up to ten business days. You will receive an email when this is complete.
*We can mail/email return labels to simplify the return process. Please note that we will charge for postage and pick-up costs. This return format must be done via telephone.

- MaximMart is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. We are responsible solely for the monetary value of the purchased products.
