Shipping/Handling/Packaging Policies

Shipping:

MaximMart Textile Products constantly strives to meet your price and time demands. That is why we offer free shipping on any order over $100.00, and flat rate $11.99 expedited shipping on any order under $100.00 to the Continental 48 United States. The two shipping services we use are USPS (The Post Office) or UPS (United Parcel Service). If using our flat rate or free shipping policy, we reserve the right to choose which service we will use to ship your order. If you require that your package be sent with one courier over another, you must contact us immediately after ordering. We will do our best to accommodate, but you may incur an additional charge.

If you need Overnight or 2-Day Air Delivery, please contact us before purchasing on the website. These services are typically very expensive due to our dimensional weight, and we would like to confirm pricing with you first.

We do not ship via FedEx or DHL. If you need to use one of these services one must arrange for parcel pick-up, along with labels, and send us an email confirming pick-up with time of arrival. Please note we are not responsible for any lost/damaged parcels with a shipping company we do not select.

Services:

All domestic orders will ship either via USPS Priority (1-4 business days) or UPS Ground (1-4 business days). For complimentary samples, we will send them via USPS First-Class Mail (1-10 business days).

All international orders will ship via USPS Priority International, UPS Standard International, or UPS Freight Forwarding International. All costs and time of arrival varyupon location. Please contact a sales representative if you have a question regarding an international shipping quote. For more information on international shipments please view our “International Shipment” paragraph below.

Handling Time:

MaximMart Textile Products Warehouse is open Monday-Friday (excluding all major federal holidays) from 8:30AM-4:30PM ET (same hours as our sales team). We ship the majority of our orders the same business day, if ordered during business hours. If purchasing after hours, your order will ship first thing in the morning.

Our daily USPS pick-up arrives at 10:00AM ET. Typically, smaller orders will ship via USPS. If you order a product(s) that will ship via this service after 10:00AM, they will move to the next business day’s pick-up.

Our daily UPS pick-up arrives at 3:00PM ET. Typically, any case volume or larger order will ship via UPS. If you order a product(s) that will ship via this service after 3:00PM, they will move to the next business day’s pick-up.

If your order is out of stock (OOS) or backordered we will send email confirmation of this immediately after purchase. This will allow you to decide if you would like to substitute another product/color, or wait until your product arrives. We may decide to ship a partial order if a product is OOS, but we reserve the right to hold the entire order to ship at once. The customer reserves the right to pay additional shipping fees to have orders shipped separately. Once again, we will do our very best to accommodate our customers!

Packaging:

All of the items at MaximMart Microfibers are bulk packaged. The products do not have retail packaging unless otherwise stated in the product details or pictures.

When shipping our items we will consolidate and combine boxes, even if purchasing via the case, to be able to ship the most economical way possible. This will allow us to continue to offer our shipping discounts, AND keep our everyday low prices! If you need separate boxes, or have a special request please contact us immediately after ordering. Extra charges may apply.

International:

MaximMart Textile Products ships all over the globe! If your address can be verified with a USPS or UPS database, we can ship products to you. Our website can automatically calculate USPS rates. If you would like a UPS quote please contact us directly.

The receiver will be responsible for all duty, taxes and import fees. These fees vary by country/region. If you do not know what they are, we strongly advise looking them up. If a parcel is returned to us for duty unpaid we will not refund the shipping cost, only the amount of the towels. If you would like to reship the towels, you will have to repay shipping.
